Sector 22

DCLL, a four-member boy group within Sector 22 widely known for being the most abnormal grouping of crazy creatures in the Sector, lost a touch rugby match 5-0 to ROVAG, a 5-member girl group also within Sector 22. The match was initiated by Adult C, who did so as a form of exercise for the crazy creatures and to make things a little more interesting. DCLL went into the game fully ready to accept a potential loss as it was widely assumed prior to the match that the two groups were roughly on equal footing in regard to touch rugby. What they did not expect was the devastating blow to their already very small egos that they received.
The match started with both teams being incredibly confused with the game until Adult C stepped in to clarify some of the rules of the game. However, even before this, ROVAG was able to score one goal, scored by Alinka. ROVAG's second goal was also scored by Alinka.
Taking pity on DCLL once the score became 2-0 in ROVAG's favour, Adult C temporarily took the place of Ckellomi in the team, allowing him to sit out of the game and rest. During this period, Adult C managed to help DCLL score two points against ROVAG in order to turn the score to a tie (2-2). DCLL member Lagasel suggested to the group that these two goals should not be counted towards the overall score as they would not happened if not for Adult C's help, which the group unanimously agreed to. The score would have been 5-2 if they were counted.
As there was one additional member of ROVAG who would otherwise have had to sit out the game, the additional member was made a referee. This position was rotated between some of the members of the group, including Oetta, Victoria, and Remiger.
Oetta, ROVAG's de-facto spokesperson, made repeated requests to DCLL for them to "throw (the ball) at the hand, not the air" while she was the referee, to which the boy group replied that they were trying (but failing terribly). To DCLL's credit, they had managed to intercept members of ROVAG and preventing them from scoring even more goals, which would have led to an even more devastating loss.
ROVAG celebrated their victory against DCLL, while Lagasel was giving his fellow team members a speech in an attempt to reduce further morale loss. The speech reeked of the group's desperate attempts to try to cope with the massive defeat, and included statements on how the loss would only be considered a loss if the group chose to view it and accept that it was a loss, despite what the world told them, even though in the eyes of literally all external spectators, it was a clear loss.
Lagasel jokingly suggested playing against significantly worse opponents so that DCLL could win games and regain some of their ego. Daniel gave the suggestion of people who were unable to move, to which Lagasel replied that statues may be a good choice to play against.
At publishing time, both ROVAG and DCLL have refused requests for comment. An anonymous source from Sector 22 said ROVAG refused the request due to them being too busy celebrating victory and working on strategies to win against the two other boy groups within Sector 22, which are significantly more skilled at touch rugby than DCLL.
